Within Salesforce/CCP: Case Management "Version 1" has been established and will go live with Payroll Optimization. This is Priority 2 of 8 for "Version 2" of Case Management.
The goal of this would be to build dashboards for payrolls needing to be processed on a daily basis. Being able to clearly see which clients need to process each day on from a Specialist level view as well as a regional queue level view. This exists in payroll, but if we are to continue to drive data and engagement to a singular platform, this makes a huge difference.
