Hi Team! Currently, the eCommerce team has to use a paper form for BigCommerce accounts. There is a BigCommerce order form on the B&M side but it does not have the correct fees since the Secure Submit team sets ours up even though it is Portico Gateway. I am hoping to get a form similar to the WooCommerce or Magento form added to the eCommerce side order forms.
