As a Payroll Operations team, when a department gets a case that involves multiple groups, we have no easy/efficient way to delegate portions of the case to other groups. This creates a time suck and reporting nightmare as cases can easily get lost or have timely delays to resolutions as cases get reassigned incorrectly, delayed new case creation, and difficulty reporting on cross team cases as each case is treated differently with each situation. If we could delegate, report and monitor/track portions of the request independently and as a whole it would paint a complete picture and save time and effort as well as consolidate cases for a client.
