The Product team moved their CRM to Salesforce from a number of Excel spreadsheets about 6 years ago. There was not a lot of thought put into how these objects were setup and so there are a number of items that are in places that are making data mining overly complicated or tedious. Add in the the Product team would like to start using Pardot for a number of email campaigns, the old pages will need to have a deep dive to see how we can restructure their Salesforce process to maximize its potential.
