Client Service: Email to Case: Email Address Contact Mapping: I would like incoming client emails be recognized and assigned based on the account that they're a contact on for payroll clients

Payroll intakes so many emails per specialist and often missing an identifier outside of an email address. In order to make working out of salesforce viable, I would like incoming email addresses "map" to the account or accounts they're associated with to generate tasks or cases. This will eliminate umpteen hours of work in identifying senders etc

    Is the contact information there and attached? Should each contact have one case?

Client Services: I would like SalesForce to attempt to match emails incoming with clients to better route and allow faster movement when tiered service groups begin working out of SalesForce vs groups

Currently, there are two systems needed to look up payroll clients via email as the data doesn't carry into google groups and this would allow us to expedite cases and do quicker resolution as well as better identifying frequent flyers with issues.
