Payroll intakes so many emails per specialist and often missing an identifier outside of an email address. In order to make working out of salesforce viable, I would like incoming email addresses "map" to the account or accounts they're associated with to generate tasks or cases. This will eliminate umpteen hours of work in identifying senders etc
