This field in the Client Support Information box on the Account page currently displays as "AE/SAE/RM/SRM Dealership" and is causing confusion as these merchants are direct sales and have no Dealership.

Causes confusion when dealer is related to case. Add seller name to that to reduce confusion. AE/SAE are internal users. Can change to dealership to sales channel.
