Wireless fee Field - Add to OMS

Pricing would like a Wireless Fee Field added to the pricing section of OMS when ordering a new device. If the device is going to be used wirelessly, or a SIM card is going to be ordered, the user would complete the Wireless Fee field. This would be for information purposes only. When pricing gets a Wireless Activation report, we would be able to click the TID in OMS and view the pricing section of the equipment to determine if the $15.00 wireless fee should be added. The wireless activation report only tells us if a wireless equipped terminal has been ordered, not if the connectivity type will be WiFi or Wireless CDMA. It's difficult for Pricing to determine if the fee should be billed as we aren't aware of terminal capabilities.
