We have a few updates that have been requested of the Gift product in Atlas.
When placing a card order, if the order is priced below the minimum it's assumed that the difference is billed to the RM. We have several RMs who are not aware of this and it results in pending the account or having to get a new order signed. Can a pop up box be added when an order is placed below Min to notify them the difference will be billed to their AR?
When the Atlas Gift app comes through, it sends it directly to heartlandgift@e-hps.com, it only sends the app to us. Can this be updated to also send a copy of the app to the submitting RM and the merchant email on file? This is currently happening for Analytics adds via Atlas that come to our group. When opening a new gift opportunity, we'd like a field to be added to ask if this is being added to an existing chain/mid and low them to enter that info or search for an existing account. The only place they can provide this is if they include a narrative which rarely happens on gift adds. Not being able to confirm this on boarding leads to new gift chains being created and issues with accounts being pended or merchant's cards not working properly. If we could offer an option at the time of boarding to link that would be helpful and cut down on onboarding issues. Also by selecting an existing chain, it will remove some monthly fee pricing errors we encounter.
