I need Generic MIDs created for my team to be able to log calls in the Servicing Site for specific call types that would not have a location MID associated with it. Similar to the MIDs we have set up for Chockstone and SVS. I would like MIDs created for the following scenarios:
Wrong Number/Ghost Call
Transfers
General Question - No site MID
