As a Heartland Fulfillment support member, we have no automatic way to consistently and efficiently receive client same day delivery requests. This allows for an inability to track and control same day delivery operating expenses to make changes without any supervisor approval or a tracking. If we were able to track same day fulfillment requests within SalesForce we could increase the time to resolution on same day requests with the ability to associate approvals to the client requests which will result in few after hour fulfillments reducing the year over year operating expenses.
