As a Heartland Product Specialist, there is no way to identify required product fields per product and type of request within SalesForce. This allows for Product Specialist to close cases without all of the necessary information. If we were able to identify, display, and collect only the product specific case management fields, we could collect pertinent case details to improve our speed to market for new client set up, identify resource allocation needs, increase team productivity, and identify product support areas of improvement and add additional products to case management.
