As a payroll operations salesforce user, I have no way to navigate to a previous step when creating a case without losing the data previously entered. This requires extra time and effort when creating a case and information needs to be updated. If we were able to provide previous navigation that retained the data entered, we would reduce the time spent to create cases and increase our time to resolution on cases.
