As a heartland tax specialist, we have no way to consistently track client tax filing requests within case management for case visibility within Payroll Operations. This prohibits Payroll Operations visibility into client filing requests creating additional feedback loops for status updates. If we were able to create and track filing requests within case management we will reduce the feedback loop for status updates as well as provide reporting metrics needed for tax specialists workload, SLAs, etc.
