Per conversations had on 3/9 with Kenn Johnson, this will need to be a phased approach.
PH 1 - PI 112 - Payroll Development
Payroll to clean up the data by requiring phone number and email address and placing additional checks and balances when creating contacts.
PH 2 - PI 113 - Salesforce development
Pending development from PI 112 from Payroll, SF can then implement a deduplication process that leverages the contact name, phone, and email address.
PH 3 - TBD - Salesforce development
After the completion of phase 1 and 2, we can then leverage the Salesforce functionality that will allow for contact relationships for a one to many contact relationship.
