Part of the Gift Premium work being done in Atlas will require the RM to complete settlement paperwork, this isn't being worked in the current iteration. We will need to get this part added to the project. In the meantime can we add a info box when selecting Gift Premium that notes the RM will need to complete settlement paperwork to complete boarding

Attaching the forms needed for settlement. There are 2 separate ACH programs available (Centralized and Decentralized). The RM will need to complete the appropriate paperwork for the program they prefer.
Temporary Info Box needs to read "Gift Premium includes ACH Settlement. Please complete the corresponding paperwork for the merchant's preferred program. Paperwork is located on [INSERT SITE] heartland.us, atlas forms?"
For now can they need an info box for the paperwork.
