1) Several Payroll SPAs have requested to add a contact field for the phone number Extension specifically, rather than loop it in with the phone number itself.
2) They've also mentioned the idea of removing a fax number. I'm all for this to deter any sales of fax clients as they are rarely the type of client Heartland wants - especially moving forward.
3) The last piece requested is adding a clearer indentifier if which payroll contact is primary vs secondary vs last resort. Just a field that goes hand in hand with the contact to determine if they should actually be contacted or not.
