RMs need to be able to access Heartland Gift Standalone Applications, Coalition Agreements, Conversion Forms, and Centralized/Decentralized ACH Agreements in Atlas for new and existing accounts when submitting applications/addendums.

LOE pending due after reviewing forms - let's also add ability for the forms to save within atlas
Gift Standalone - no MID bc they don't have card but has a specific form
ACH settlement agreements - req for gift premium or add as additional feature
they select ACH settlement
select type - centralized or decentralized
signer and possible bank info - check attached forms
Coalition req if multiple locations with different owners - honor each others cards - if YES then we'd need each location signer to sign as well as the MIDs
This means for each signer we'd need name and email at least.
