This mainly falls to the Svc train so get with Aimee and teams to see if PI104 is possible.
Logistics flag first...then we'd need to update ISV website UI (Brandon Stojack) and then Dynamic Matrix (https://dynamicmatrixint.hps.com/)...atlas is good for now but could use this flag for additional warnings later.
