Within Salesforce/CCP: Case Management "Version 1" has been established and will go live with Payroll Optimization. This is Priority 8 of 8 for "Version 2" of Case Management.
The goal here would be for Salesforce/CCP to recognize through Workday if someone is on PTO (or for someone to designate a PTO Status) where the incoming new cases or incoming updates on existing cases auto-assign to a designated backup (a leader, queue, or teammate)
