currently I can see and report on all SRM's - I have hired 2 area managers and they report to me. They each have 1/2 the USA of SRMs reporting to them. Midyear 2023 I will be hiring 2 more and dividing the USA into 4. To be able to see each team and each Area Manager see their own teams and progress, it would be beneficial for reporting and dashboards.
