As a Heartland Fulfillment support member, we have no automatic way to consistently and efficiently receive client same day delivery request approvals from Payroll managers, supervisors, and directors. This allows for an inability to control same day delivery operating expenses to make changes without any supervisor approval or a tracking. If we were able to automatically route same day fulfillment requests to leadership based on the quoted amount value, we could increase the time to resolution on same day request which will result in few after hour fulfillments reducing the year over year operating expenses.
