SaaS: Training Environment

As a Payroll Operations org (Heartland), we have place to conduct new hire training that will not effect active clients. This prevents new hires from being able to complete hands on practice before being responsible for client care requiring higher resource allocation demands during the supervision periods and increasing the risk for errors on a client account. If we were able to have a separate environment used to train employees with real world examples in a safe environment this would reduce the training period, increase employee confidence when taking on clients, as well as providing an error to deep dive prior to submitting enhancement requests.
