As a Support member who utilizes Slack, I would like to work on added integrations with Slack and Salesforce for my group. Currently we have our slack org tied to Salesforce but in terms of Salesforce to Slack there is an added element that we would need for two way communication. Ideally if we can add the "Slack App" referenced in the linked articles below I can take it from there. Adding this to staging first would also be a great step to see if we can use this to our benefit.
