Altas data base cannot currently update new Assigned Active rep over existing inactive rep causing never ending other rep calls to existing merchant because Atlas shows they have no rep even though they actually do. Merchants are increasingly upset at the repeated calls from client reps when they already have a rep. They are angry and we look incompetent since we cannot tell which clients already have active reps.
