      Based on discussion with Betsy Boland the W-9 for the IRS only requyirews us to proivide the classificaiton of an LLC which is either a C corporation, S corporation, or partnership. We can leave the options as is for now.

      Hi Ashley, I did this request on behalf of SPA Joseph Vitello. I'm not sure if this would impact underwriting or not and Joe said that it is not the same thing (PLLC to LLC). I'm sorry I don't have more information.

      Would this impact underwriting? Why would this not be logged under LLC?
