Ability to Edit Call Logs

If an agent saves a call log with a mistake or forgets to add something, they have to create a new call log with the corrected information.

Chain MID on Merchant Details Page

The contact center agents would like the Chain MID to be easily visible on the Merchant Details tab.

Ability to Search by Chain MID

There isn't an easy way to see all MIDs that are part of a chain. Each MID has to be opened one-by-one to see if they're included in a chain.

Security Verification Links

Security Verification tab should have hyperlinks on any page where security verification is needed (ex. Batches tab). When you hover over it, the security information pops up.

Call Log Line Breaks

When entering call logs, users can put a line break. But when they save it, the line break disappears & it becomes one big paragraph.

Call Log - department added next to name

List the department next to name of the HPS employee that writes the call log on an account so we can better assist/redirect in any follow up calls.
