Compliance: Power of Attorney Management

As a heartland compliance specialist, we do not have a standard way to locate POA across internal departments when trying to execute daily processes. This can create a costly time delay and poor client experience/lack of confidence from the client if there is an outdated or missing POA which then requires the client to fill out additional information and submit for approvals not only by Heartland but external agencies as well. If we were able create a single location on the account within Salesforce this would improve client experience, time to deliver on requests, as well as proactively monitor for outdated and missing information and promoting accountability across payroll operations.
