Salesforce project requirements to update the current Payroll call flows. A restructuring is being requested to help address some of the ongoing issues causing agents and merchants pain with the current ALL PRS routing. Project timeline is dependent on how soon these changes can be completed. BU has marked this change as URGENT.

*Update to B+S integration
Looking for a resource to move into place within the next sprint or two in PI106 so IT2 or IT3 at best.
Most work is done in the telephony systems. Creating new VM, queues, routing, and PODs done in B+S tool. The SFDC work would need to be done by a dev.
