Whenever we submit CCP cases, like for tax notices, we and the client get a notification email which includes a link to the CCP case. Many clients have requested access to the CCP to view the case and try to contact tax directly. This link should be removed, or the emails should not generate to the client at all.
Based on current conversations, the link is needed for internal users to quickly access the case via email notifications. We are currently updating the verbiage to provide verbiage that ready (For Internal Use Only) next to the link to case to minimize the number of requests by clients to access Salesforce.
