New Client Services transitions accounts to a master list and then they are assigned to new specialists and then new client services transitions to said specialist. It's currently a messy process, and leads to a lack of accountability/visibility/extra work

Could cause an mismatch of data depending on what the user puts in the form. Internal teams will be using this. The users are SFDC users. If this was built into SFDC then queues could be built.
