After further review and a demo of the current process this will not need it's own PIF. It's merely replacing a VERY manual process of collecting, sorting, and labelling emails from multiple Google Groups. Rachel Plowman will take a closer look and we will need more details regarding the number of inboxes needed and how the routing rules will work.
For now I'm labelling this as Needs More Info since Rachel and the SFDC team needs more info to place in their backlog but this is BAU work that has been done numerous times before for other teams needing case mgmt features in SFDC.
Kristy Roser will work with Rachel and Sandy to collect the required data to move forward.
This is a rather large ask that will likely need a dedicated PIF - this is why I marked it as Will Not Implement for the pitch process. That does not mean we are not moving forward - just not using this workflow.
I would like to see a demo of the current process to see how extensive the new solutin would need to be. From the sound of it most of this work will be perforemed by the Salesforce dev train. There possibnly could be some integrations with Svc and BI though. I believe Rachel Plowman will be scheduling further calls on this moving foward. Thanks
